Bill Vaughan is CEO at Acuity Eye Group. He is a healthcare executive with a strong track record of success -- including extensive experience in the optical industry. Bill has deep expertise in developing strategic plans, operational improvement modalities, global business development, and marketing. He is a culture champion who is passionate about building high performing teams, understanding that it is our doctors and team members who will maximize patient outcomes and care.
Bill has held positions as President of VSP Global Retail (VSP Vision), where he was responsible for leading VSP Global’s retail strategy, sales, marketing, brand awareness, operations, store development, and acquisitions. He has also served as Vice President, Luxottica Retail North America and Vice President, Global Partnerships and Travel Retail with the Fossil Group – doing business in more than 30 countries. Most recently, Bill provided advisory expertise to industry leading retail brands and consulting firms, focusing on digital and physical transformation.
