Currently, John is the President/CEO of Lear Capital, a leading provider of premium coin acquisitions including gold and silver for individual investors. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and strategic direction of the company, as well as overseeing new business and product development, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. John is also the Chief Strategic Officer/Advisor of Theradome, a medical device company focused on laser-based hair restoration therapies. He provides counsel and guidance for the organization's marketing, sales, distribution, and overall growth. His mission is to bring cutting-edge therapies that were previously only available in clinical settings into the home, at an affordable price and with proven results.
