Rob brings 25 years of multi unit operations experience at the district, regional and national levels. Rob started his optical journey back in 2015 with Lens Crafters and carried over to Total Vision before joining Acuity Optical.
With a passion for people and their vision needs, nothing is more rewarding to Rob than creating an amazing patient experience. An x's and o's mentality has helped Rob build strong, high performing teams to exceed guest's expectations. Rob has a proven track record of delivering top notch results with a caring yet challenging style that develops future industry leaders wherever he's leading.
Born and raised in Orange County, Rob is very passionate about his community and helping serve its community. In his spare time Rob enjoys watching all live sporting events involving, The Los Angeles Lakers, Arizona Wildcats, Las Vegas Raiders and Anaheim Angels.
