Tom Johnstone

Senior Director, Contact Center

Tom Johnstone is the Senior Director of the Contact Centers for Acuity Eye Group.  He brings over twenty years of Contact Center Experience to our team.  Prior to joining Acuity, Tom was a Director II of Contact Centers for Anthem Health and IngenioRx, building and supporting multiple national virtual contact centers.  Tom is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, his hometown.
