Dr. Todd Kelsch grew up in North Dakota where he attended North Dakota State University for three years of pre-medicine courses to apply to optometry school. He earned his bachelor's degree from Pacific University in Visual Science and his doctoral degree in optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr Kelsch enjoys helping patients with vision problems of all ages that are in need of comprehensive eye care including treatment and management of ocular disease, pediatrics, vision therapy, and contact lenses. Dr. Kelsch has owned a private practice and has practiced in several ophthalmology corporations giving him a wide variety of knowledge and experience with ocular conditions.
