Dr. Yasamin Moghtader grew up in Richmond Hill, Canada. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University in Toronto and later pursued her Doctor of Optometry degree at Midwestern University Chicago College of Optometry. 

She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has gained extensive experience in dry eye diagnosis and management, specialty contact lenses, and comprehensive eye care. Dr. 

Moghtader is dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in optometry and continually expands her knowledge through ongoing education and clinical involvement. 

Dr. Moghtader strives to create a comfortable, welcoming exam experience for every patient. She is committed to ensuring that both children and adults feel supported, cared for, and empowered through education and clear communication. 

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Moghtader enjoys spending time with her family. She loves traveling, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures and traditions. She also enjoys painting, swimming, and playing chess.
