SAN DIEGO, CA - Acuity Eye Group, spanning over 40 ophthalmology and retina clinics, four surgery centers, and one LASIK center throughout Southern California, announced an agreement to have Dr. Frank Scotti join their group as they expand their services throughout San Diego County. The transaction closed October 1st. Financial details were not disclosed.
